The code you have ordered can be used to buy a Playstation Network Card for PS3, PS4, PS5 or PS Vita. Follow the steps below choosing the relevant ones for your console.

PlayStation®3 Voucher Redemption Instructions:

1. Create a PSN account (or log in using an existing PSN account).
2. From the PlayStation®Network icon on the XMB, select 'PlayStation®Store'.
3. Select 'Redeem Codes' from the navigation menu on the left. Enter code and click 'Continue'.

PlayStation®4 Voucher Redemption Instructions:

1. Open a PlayStation Network (PSN) account (or use your existing PSN account).
2. Select the PlayStation®Store icon on the PS4™ system home screen.
3. On PlayStation®Store, select 'Redeem Codes' at the bottom of the menu.
4. Enter the code.
5. Once the code has been entered correctly, select 'Continue' on the dialog box.
6. Select 'Confirm' to accept the Trial Code Terms of Service.
7. Select 'Continue' to complete code redemption.

PlayStation®VITA Voucher Redemption Instructions:

1. Go to the PlayStation®Store from your PS Vita home screen.
2. Create a PSN account (or log-in using an existing PSN account).
3. Select the 'Redeem Codes' icon.
4. Enter the 12 character voucher code and select 'Next'.
